Glen Ford

Glen works alongside CEO, Freddy Mutanguha, to develop the international strategy for Aegis. Joining Aegis first as a trustee in 2003, Glen help build the Kigali Genocide Memorial in 2004 as a volunteer. He gave up his corporate management career later that year to support the development of Aegis Trust.

After volunteering for 10 years, he joined the team in 2013 to further develop its work.

His professional background is in business management, with a 30 year career, working in the UK and internationally.

He lives in the UK, is married with four daughters and enjoys photography in his spare time.
