Many activities. One purpose.
Aegis undertakes activities across a wide spectrum. Some are centred around genocide remembrance and education; some around research, evidence-based policy advice and advocacy; some around helping survivors and affected communities rebuild a society resilient to the risk of repetition. The diversity of our activities is driven by a singular focus on the prevention of genocide through whatever avenue is necessary in a given case. Doctors do not work to save lives from disease through primary, secondary or tertiary measures alone; we apply the same principle to saving lives from genocide.
